Hailing from Perth, Feels (Elise Reitze and Rosie Taylor) are the most exciting live electronic act to hit the scene. Combining their training in classical percussion with their unique production style, they have been pioneering a whole new sound and building their army of female, trans and non-binary producers, set to change the future of the music industry.
Over the past two years, Feels have received consistent industry respect and have been personally invited by Ableton to attend Ableton Loop summit Berlin 2017, undertake a studio residency in Sydney and present at Ableton user groups across Australia this year.
In 2017, Feels won Triple J Unearthed ‘Listen Out’ Festival competition and made their debut festival appearance. They have since performed at Australian music festivals such as Falls Festival, Laneway Festival, Kickstart Festival, Perth International Arts Festival and Disrupted Festival.
In addition to their festival appearances, Feels have supported the likes of Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Ngaiire, Mansionair, Yeo, Tijuana Cartel, Kimbra.
In addition to their artist project, Elise and Rosie have also co-founded WOMPP (Women of Music Production Perth). WOMPP is a female run label, booking agency and Ableton user group community. WOMPP gives opportunity to female, transgender and non-binary music makers to share, discuss and showcase music production within the broader Australian music community. Alongside the record label and booking agency, WOMPP curates monthly community meetings and showcases.
